The win rate is represented by the minimum and maximum expected values, which provides a range since the number of samples for many of these is not too good. One thing to notice here is that playing more colors is pretty heavily correlated with a decrease in win rate. In fact we can plot the mean win rate as a function of number of colors, which I have done below.
